You exercised considerable and ever present control over the selection of materials, building methods and subcontractors for the purpose of completing a quality product on time and on budget.
The craftmanship, attentions to detail and finishing touches throughout the home surpassed our expectations. I think that this is best evidenced by the fact that the home inpector was unable to identify any issues requiring attention when we sold the house 6 and 1/2 years after it was built.
